Now lets start from a shot background Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the most eminent, he was not only the Governor-General, president of Constituent Assembly, but the architect and founder of Pakistan under his dynamic leadership, Muslims of the subcontinent were united he had been the amazing achievement of raising the Muslims leagues in just 10 years (1937 – 1947) from a poorly organized party representing a minority of a minority to a political force which could successful challenge the British and Hindus combined he become the accredited leader of Muslim who affectionately bestowed on him the title of Quaid –e- Azam the great leader After being elected the first president of the constituent assembly on 11 August 1947 Jinnah delivered his memorable presidential address it is indeed one of his most important speech in which he clearly outlined the ideal concept of Pakistan The first duty of the govt he declared , was maintenance of the law and order and protection of life property religious beliefs of the citizen 



The interim constitution Adaption of the government of India Act, 1935 

When Pakistan separated from British India there was no constitution Pakistan had so Pakistan leaders decided to adopt the Government of India act 1935 after some changes and work according to it till they make a new constitution and it take long 9 years to make our first constitution Under the provisions of the Indian independence Act 1947 the Government of India Act 1935 become with certain adaptions the working constitution of Pakistan ( Provisional constitution) order, 1947 established this federation of Pakistan. Four provinces, East Bengal, West Punjab, Sindh, NWFP provinces, Balochistan, any other area that might with the consent of the federation, Karachi, such Indian states that might accede to the federation. 


The basic principle and other important committees 

After the adaption of the Government of India act 1935, the next thing the government did was establishment of some important committees that will deal with some of the important issues of Pakistan the constituent assembly set up several committees and sub-committees to carry out its task of farming a constitution basic principle committee the most important one it was appointed on 12 March 1949, when the objective resolution was passed by the constituent assembly the task was to report in accordance with objective resolution and the making principle of the future constitution consist of 24 members 

The basic principle committee set up three sub-committees 

  • On the federal and provincial constitution and distribution of power

  • Subcommittee on Judiciary 

  • Subcommittee on franchise 

The basic principle committee empowered the sub-committees to cooperate technical experts up to two or three advisers sub-committees were further allowed tour various parts of Pakistan to collect information and take evidence if and necessary the basic principles committee submitted its interim report on 7 September 1950 and its final report in December 1952 some other committees were fundamental rights of the citizen, state negotiating committee, 


The partition of Punjab carnage and refugee Problem 

This part discusses the attitude and actions of Sikhs and rashtriya swayam sevak sangha toward Muslims. On the announcement of the partition plan march 1947 and the resignation of khizar hayat ministry master tara sing the sikh leader, openly called for violent resistance. And the situation in the Punjab was whole section of Lahore Amritsar, sheikhupura, Jullundur, and indeed most of the principle cities of the Punjab were in flames. In the villages, armed bandits plundered, burned, massacred and raped women. Thousands of women Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, were abducted never to be seen again by their relatives. The Muslim living in Sikhs states in east Punjab met the worse fate.


The Kashmir issue 

Kashmir was a Muslim majority princely state but the ruler was a Hindu and the Muslims were willing to join Pakistan and the maharaja was willing to stay independent in 27 October 1947 maharaja opened the way to Indian military intervention in Kashmir and then the war brock out between Pakistan army and Indian army and in 1st November 1947 a plebiscite held between governor general of both dominions and this issues bring to un to solve it but till now un don’t taken and solid action about Kashmir issue


Jinnah death, September 1948

Jinnah was flown to Karachi on 11 September 1948 he was carried in an arm ambulance from the Air force base at Mauripur, Karachi where his plane had landed at 4:15 pm the ambulance broke down after covering about five miles with Jinnah pulse going down rapidly he died shortly afterward wrapped in a simple shroud he was buried the next day in Karachi millions of Pakistani wept for him They truly felt orphaned.
